Overview
Elevate+ Enhanced Branding puts your brand front and center wherever your clients interact with your RealScout tools. This includes the web platform, the mobile web, and client-facing emails. Instead of clients seeing generic RealScout styling, they see your visual identity, colors, and fonts, all set up in minutes with no code and no support ticket required.
No matter how your account is set up, there's a way to add Elevate+ at the enterprise level, the office level, or as an individual agent, on any plan.
If your brokerage has added this feature, proceed to the steps below on how to import the theme from the office or brokerage.

What Elevate+ Does Include
Once enabled, you can customize:
Brand colors the primary, secondary, and nav bar colors
Custom fonts (and font colors) from the Google Fonts library
Button and image roundness (border radius)
Background images for the Home Value Alert page
Web client portal UI
Mobile app UI (RealScout Home Search)
Client email headers and styling
Map pin colors
What Elevate+ Doesn't Include
A few things stay standard even with Elevate+ enabled:
Custom domain — your branded experience is hosted on a RealScout subdomain (for example,
agentname.realscout.com), not your own domain.Custom email sender domain — client emails still send from
@realscout.com. Your name still appears as the sender alias, but the underlying domain doesn't change.Separate App Store listing — the mobile app UI is branded to match your identity, but there's no separate, independently listed app in the App Store.
How to Set It Up in 6 Steps
In your account, open RealScout's left navigation bar, click Marketing, then select Enhanced Branding to choose your Branding Theme. You'll see previews of your email and website so you can easily continue making edits. Once you're happy with everything, simply save and publish when you're ready! We'll walk you through this here.
Steps to help you start editing your Enhanced Branding:
Choose your Branding Theme. In the Manage & Publish section, select the account level you're customizing: Personal Branding, Brokerage Level Branding, or Per Office Level Branding.
Choose your Brand Colors. You'll start by choosing your Primary brand colors and Secondary brand colors, then choose the nav bar color, nav bar text, map pin color, and choose the way your logo and logo background will display.
The Logo background is chosen from the drop-down menu: the same as the Navbar background, Primary, Secondary, a Custom color, or Transparent.

Typography: Choose your typography by picking a header font family, body font family, and navbar font family, and set primary, secondary, and disabled font colors. You can view all fonts on Google Fonts.
Your selections will also apply to the RealScout Home Search mobile app. Preview this live in the left Manage section.
Additional settings: Adjust the border roundness and set the border radius for buttons and images to match your brand's look.
Additionally, you can choose a background image for the Home Value Alert page. You can also set the Page Title, which means when leads visit your public search page, the tab in their web browser will display your customized title.
Live Preview - Once your theme is customized for your brand, you are ready to preview. Click on the Live Preview Emails and Website buttons to review the color or font edits.
Ready to Save as Draft or Publish? - Lastly, decide to either save as a draft or save and publish.
Save as Draft -> Saving does not publish the theme. Contacts will continue to see the RealScout default until you click on Save & Publish when you are ready.
Save & Publish -> Publish to set it live. Your changes apply across the web client portal and client email styling.
Import Theme from Brokerage
In your My Personal Branding page, you may see an Import theme from office or brokerage option. This allows you to select an organization's theme to import. Once you click on the hyperlinked Import Theme from Office or Brokerage, a pop-up will appear with next steps.
Import Theme is only available if your RealScout account is provided to you by or connected to a Build/Team or Enterprise Brokerage plan.
Import Theme from Office or Brokerage in 4 Steps
Ensure your branding theme drop-down menu is set to My Personal Branding.
Select your office or brokerage's theme to display on your account.
(This view varies. If you do not have an office connected to your account, you will not see options.)
Review and Import. You'll see a full recap of the selected theme's brand colors and typography, then click the Import button to save and apply it to your account instantly (or Back to pick a different one).
Almost done! After import, you must click Save & Publish. Importing alone will not save this theme.
You will see a green pop-up letting you know importing was successful.
Lastly, click on the Save & Publish button.
Unpublish Theme
Your contacts will immediately stop seeing this branding and see RealScout's default theme. You can publish your previous theme again at any time or save a new theme.
Mobile App for RealScout Home Search
Your published theme will also appear in the RealScout Home Search app that your contacts use to connect with you on the go!
Who Can Use This
Enterprise managers can roll out branding at the enterprise or office level, giving every agent account underneath them a consistent look.
Individual agent accounts can also add Elevate+ to their own plan and publish their own personal branding on any plan tier: Core, Build, or Enterprise.
