"You Must Be Logged In to View" for Open House Information

If a contact tries to view open house information on a RealScout listing and sees a login prompt, it’s likely due to not being logged in to their RealScout account with you, they are signed out, or listing data requirement

What to Check in Your Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Contact Interface Settings

  2. Confirm your “Suppress Open House Info” setting for logged-in contacts

Q: Can I make open house info public to users not signed in to RealScout with me?

A: No, listing display rules determine if open house details can be shown without login. RealScout does enable settings for displaying times (or hiding them) for logged-on contacts.
