Why This Happens
Depending on our listing data rules, open house information might not display to logged-out users:

What to Check in Your Settings
Go to Settings > Contact Interface Settings
Confirm your “Suppress Open House Info” setting for logged-in contacts
What Your Contact Should Do
To view open house information, contacts must:
Be logged in to RealScout with you
Use the same email address you added them with
Try using the RealScout app with you. This app is linked at the bottom of every email you send to them.
If they can't see open house information and need to sign in:
Invite them to log in with their email address and password on the contact login page: https://www.realscout.com/users/sign_in
Resend a Welcome Email or password reset email from their contact profile

Q: Can I make open house info public to users not signed in to RealScout with me?
A: No, listing display rules determine if open house details can be shown without login. RealScout does enable settings for displaying times (or hiding them) for logged-on contacts.
