How to Add Exclusive Listings to RealScout

Limitations of Manual Distribution

RealScout does not support selective or manual distribution of exclusive listings to specific groups of agents. Users should rely on the platform's automated distribution features to manage their listings effectively. Method 2: Brokerage Feed Integration

This includes both exclusive listings and Coming Soon listings, provided your account has the Exclusive Listings feature enabled.

Method 1: Direct Input through the Agent Dashboard

To add your Exclusive listings to RealScout:

  1. Agents: Navigate to the "Exclusives" tab in the main navigation bar

  2. Managers: Click the "Exclusives" tab under "Manager Tools"

  3. Click the "+ Create Exclusive Listing" button

  4. Add the following information:

    • Property address

    • Add and arrange photos (10MB per photo max)

    • Property Type

    • Bedrooms/Bathrooms

    • Square footage & Lot size

    • Price (or leave blank for "Price Upon Request")

    • Verify or update Listing Agent info

    • Enter an Expiration Date (this is when it’s expected to go on the MLS or no longer be available)

    • Marketing description

  5. Click "Save to Draft" to save your changes and continue editing at a later time. It won’t be visible on the RealScout site until you Publish it.

  6. Click “Save & Publish” to publish the exclusive listing, making it available on RealScout, visible to agents and their clients.

Exclusive listings created through the dashboard are automatically distributed to all agents on the platform, streamlining the sharing process.

Method 2: Brokerage Feed Integration

For brokerages with an existing exclusive listings database, RealScout can integrate directly with your system:

  1. Contact your RealScout Account Manager to set up the feed integration

  2. Provide access to your existing exclusive listings database

  3. RealScout will configure the integration to automatically sync your exclusive listings with the RealScout platform every 5 minutes

  4. Once configured, listings will automatically appear in the RealScout platform

Note: Feed integrations require technical configuration and are set up on a brokerage-by-brokerage basis.

Additionally, RealScout automatically syncs MLS listings, including Coming Soon listings (where supported by the MLS), ensuring they appear on the platform without additional manual steps.
