Please Change your Property Class and Listing Service at the start of each Listing Alert (search) and choose either Residential Rentals and/or Residential Leases as the Property Class.
Here are quick tips of how to accomplish this:
Navigate to the Search page.
Click on the Change Listing Service & Property Class link.
Select the appropriate MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
Choose the Property Class labeled "Residential Lease" to filter for rental listings.

Modifying Contact Search Parameters for Rentals
If you need to adjust a contact’s search settings to focus on rentals:
Open the contact’s profile in RealScout.
Go to their Email Alerts (listing alert) page.
Edit the alert’s parameters to reflect rental properties instead of sales.
Click Update Search to save the changes.
This ensures that the contact receives alerts tailored to rental properties.
You will see that the Search fields may appear different or may not be available.
