Data Feed Request

This tutorial shows how to request MLS access and start searching MLS listings in RealScout. Follow these steps to submit the data feed request, check approval status, confirm access, and switch between search pages if you have more than one data feed.

​Step 1: Click Request a Data Feed to submit the MLS access request.

While approval is pending, you may see a red pop-up reminder that your account is pending access.

Step 2: On the Dashboard, you will see when you have access. Click Dismiss to close the confirmation message.
Our team works closely with all for approvals, so you may have been notified through email as well.

Step 3: You are ready to start searching! Click Search to open the search page options. Search pages may vary.

Step 4: Click the Searching arrow to select the data feed to start your search. The search page options may be separated by property class depending on your MLS/data feed.

Once MLS access is granted and your search page per MLS/Data Feed or Property Class is set, refine results with filters or use AI Search (Beta) to run searches within that scope.
