How to Connect Spacio

IMPORTANT NOTE: Spacio must be configured at the overall brokerage level BEFORE you can connect your account to RealScout. Contact your brokerage leadership to inquire if it's already set up or not.

If Spacio is set up brokerage-wide , then follow the steps below to connect to your account.

First, please note that the email your Company has for you must match the email address on your RealScout account. If you are using a different email for your RealScout account, or if you receive an error, please contact us at support@realscout.com. We'll be happy to help update and match the email your Company has for you.

If you encounter an error such as "Invalid email," double-check that the email entered in Spacio matches the one used by your brokerage and in your RealScout account.

Once your brokerage has enabled the integration company-wide, then in your Spacio account, complete the following steps:

How to Verify Integration Status

To confirm that the integration between Spacio and RealScout is enabled:

  1. Open Spacio and go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select RealScout from the list of integrations.

  3. If prompted, enter your RealScout email and click Apply.

  4. A successful save without an error message confirms that the integration is enabled.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting Tips

  • Email Mismatch: Ensure that the email entered in Spacio matches the email associated with your RealScout account. If your brokerage uses a different email for RealScout, update your Spacio email accordingly.

  • Error Messages: If you see an error while applying the integration, double-check the email address and ensure it is correctly entered.
