How to edit your billing information:
Click your photo icon at the top of your RealScout account
Click on SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING from the menu
Click the BILLING tab
If you have any problems updating your billing information or would like a copy of your invoice(s), please contact our Member Support Team through your help icon at the bottom of your account. Otherwise, email us your name as it appears on your RealScout account and let us know what you'd like help editing at support@realscout.com. To schedule a support callback, call us at (650) 397-6500.
How to access your invoices:
You can access your invoices on SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING as well.
You were emailed an invoice when you first signed up for your RealScout subscription, which displayed the plan you purchased, the total amount paid, your subscription term, and renewal date.
If you would like a copy of your invoice(s), a Coach on our Member Support Team would be happy to email them to you. Schedule a callback at (650) 397-6500 or send an email to support@realscout.com.
