While our AI Search feature should help you find what you're looking for, you could also try using the Public Remark filter and enter keywords that could be used in the listing's description. Enter phrases such as "Primary on main" or what you are looking for.

Steps on How to Find Listings by Adding a Public Remarks Filter
1. Open the Add Filters menu on the search page 0:00
If you can’t find the filter you need, go to Add Filters on your search page.
Look for the Public Remarks filter in the available options.
2. Select Public Remarks and apply the filter 0:15
Check the box next to Public Remarks.
Click Apply to add it to your search filters.
3. Search listing descriptions using keywords 0:15
Scroll down to your newly added filters.
Enter keywords that may appear in the listing description.
Example keywords:
primary bedroom main floor
fenced yard
Any other feature you want to search for in the remarks.
