Use the Dashboard to track contact activity and surface high-priority contacts
This walkthrough shows how to navigate the dashboard to focus on contact engagement, compare timeframes, inspect cohorts, review email health, and claim listings for more buyer and market insight.
Engagement Metrics
Step 1: Click Dashboard in the sidebar. You'll see Engagement Metrics, Live Feed, Contact Highlights, Email Metrics and more.
Step 2: You'll first see Engagement Metrics to focus on contact activity. You'll also have Emailed Contacts or Email Engaged Contacts to see who received messages versus who interacted. Click Site-Engaged Contacts to understand onsite interest.
Step 3: Switch between 30D and 90D controls to compare trends.
Live Feed
Step 1: Click Live Feed for real-time context.
Step 2: Open Filters to control which events appear.
Contact Highlights
Step 1: Select Contact highlights.
Step 2: Toggle 30Day and 7Day to separate short-term spikes from longer patterns.
Step 5: Click Most Engaged to prioritize your most engaged contacts. Click Recently Re-engaged and Slipping Away to review other cohorts, then return to Most Engaged.
Step 6: Click an activity summary to open a contact's engagement details.
Step 7: Click the actions menu to take next steps.
Step 8: Click View all Most Engaged contacts to see the full list.
Email Metrics
Step 1: Click Email metrics to review message performance.
Step 2: Compare windows with 30D, 90D, and 7D.
Step 3: Click Delivery Rate to assess deliverability.
Step 4: Click the Bounced Emails info icon to investigate issues.
Step 5: Click Open Rate to check opens.
Step 6: Click Click Rate to gauge email clicks.
Step 7: Click Unsubscribes and its details icon to confirm opt-outs.
Step 8: Click Spam Complaints to review any contacts you might consider archiving.
Listings Available to Claim
Step 1: You can view the active Listings available for you to claim and explore Reverse Prospecting.
Step 2: Select Claim Listing to unlock additional buyer and market insights.
