1. Open a Contact
Open the lead’s contact record (instead of staying on the dashboard feed). Use the contact page to review activity, email/listing alerts, and profile details in one place.
2. Scout Score (engagement)
The Scout Score is a quick signal of buyer/seller intent. Higher score usually means higher engagement.
What influences Scout Score: Email activity (opens/clicks) and site/app activity (viewing alerts, browsing).
How to use it: Rising score = follow up now. Low score = tighten search criteria and make sure alerts match what they want.
3. “More Actions” menu (three dots)
Use the three-dot menu for quick actions: Transfer to a team member, Send a custom welcome email, Reset password, Enrich contact info (beta), Archive or Delete.
Tip: Use Archive to remove from active work while keeping history. Use Delete only if you’re sure the record isn’t needed.
4. Review Alerts + Activity
This is where you confirm what’s going out to the client: Home Value Alerts, Listing Alerts, and Market Activity alerts (if set up).
What to do: Scan what’s active → adjust settings if needs changed or engagement is low → add a new alert if they need a tighter match.
5. Edit Contact Details (pencil icon)
Click the pencil to update name/email/phone and add/edit additional contact details (like a secondary email/contact).
Why it matters: Clean contact info improves deliverability and keeps alerts/follow-up going to the right place.
6. Commute Information (drive-time context)
Add a commute destination so the lead can see drive-time context while browsing. This does not create a search—it’s a reference point for commute times.
Best use case: Buyers deciding between multiple areas who need commute confidence.
7. Contact Enrichment
Contact Enrichment is a beta feature intended to enhance the contact profile with additional information.
