My Listings: How do I Claim My Listing?

To Claim your Active Listings and to unlock analytics, visit the left navigation sidebar and click on Dashboard.

Once on the Dashboard locate a section named New Listing Available To Claim.

Here you can click on the button Claim My Listing and be routed to the My Listings tab. If your Claim Listings box is empty, your listings may have been automatically claimed after verification. In this case, no further action is needed.

Once on the Marketing > My Listings tab, click on View Analytics for your listing. Analytics include total and unique views, buyer matches, and the impact of price changes on buyer interest.

Don't see your listing? Seeing incorrect listings? Contact support@realscout.com to get your listings enabled. If a newly active listing isn’t available for claiming, it may take some time to sync. Once linked to your account, it will appear under "My Listings."

Benefits of Claiming Listings

Claiming a listing unlocks several valuable tools:

  • Listing Analytics: Track total and unique views, buyer matches, and the impact of price changes on buyer interest.

  • Reverse Prospecting: Identify agents with buyers who match your listing, engage with them, and prioritize high-quality prospects.

  • Marketing Tools: Generate reports on listing activity, top features, and buyer preferences to support outreach efforts.### Special Scenarios

  • Co-Listing: Both the Listing Agent and Co-Listing Agent can claim a property and access analytics and prospecting tools. The Co-Listing Agent may need to request manual addition of the listing.

  • Rental Listings: Rental properties may not always be eligible for claiming. Check the listing’s status to confirm eligibility.

Not sure which listing statuses are eligible? See My Listings: What listing statuses can be claimed? Additionally, Co-Listing Agents may need to request manual addition of their listings, and rental properties may not always be eligible for claiming.
