Overview
RealScout does not currently offer a built-in QR code generator. However, you can easily create a QR code that links to any of your RealScout pages using free external tools. This article points you to the free options and to a dedicated guide with the full walkthrough.
Free Tools You Can Use
RealScout does not support or endorse any particular QR code generator.
You only ever need a static QR code, since your RealScout link is already permanent and updates with live MLS data. Every option below is free and none require installing anything:
Canva (recommended) – Best if you want a finished postcard, flyer, or social graphic with the QR code built in. Free with a free Canva account, and Canva's postcard and flyer templates are free.
Your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) – Open your RealScout link, then use Create QR Code from the menu or share icon. Fastest option, no account.
the-qrcode-generator.com – A standalone QR image file with no sign-up. Downloads as PNG or SVG.
Adobe Express – A standalone code with clean, no-watermark exports, free with an Adobe account.
Note: stick to a tool that lets you download a static code for free. Skip any tool that charges to download or keep a code active (qr.io is one), and skip any "dynamic" QR option, which is a paid tier you do not need here.
How to Create a QR Code for Your RealScout Pages
Copy the URL of the RealScout page you want to link to (for example your Search Link, What's My Home Worth link, Onboarding Link, or Landing Page).
To find the What's My Home Worth URL specifically, log in to RealScout, go to Home Value Alerts, open the Dashboard, click Capture Leads, and copy the link.
Open your chosen QR code tool from the list above.
Paste your RealScout URL and generate the code. Optionally adjust the color or style.
Download the image and add it to your flyers, postcards, email signature, or social posts.
Test the QR code by scanning it with your phone to confirm it opens the correct RealScout page before you use it.
Note: RealScout links are static URLs that update automatically with live MLS data, so the same QR code stays current as listings change. You do not need to regenerate it.
