Note: Exclusives is available on an Enterprise plan. If you don't see Exclusives in your sidebar, and are part of an Enterprise (Custom) RealScout account, use the in-RealScout support option (lower left) to reach out to our team.
Navigate to Exclusives
Open Exclusives from your sidebar or go directly to realscout.com/agent/exclusives. The dashboard opens to the My Exclusives tab, which shows all listings tied to your account. Listings are organized under three sub-tabs: Published, Draft, and Expired.
To see all exclusive listings across your entire brokerage, click the Company Exclusives tab. This shows a map view with price pins for every published exclusive at your brokerage, up to 100 at a time. Use the Published Date filter to narrow results, or toggle View only listings with matching buyers to surface listings that match your contacts' search criteria.
Add a New Exclusive Listing
From your Exclusives dashboard, click Create Exclusive Listing. On the next screen, search for the property address or click Manually add address to type it in. Check or uncheck Street address visible to contacts — if unchecked, the street address shows as "Address not disclosed" to clients, though city, state, and ZIP remain visible. Click Continue when ready.
Note: Your listing won't go live until you manually publish it in the next step.
For the full step-by-step walkthrough including required fields and photo upload, see How to Add Exclusive Listings to RealScout.
Edit Listing Details
After entering an address, RealScout opens the Listing Editor. The left sidebar has four panels:
Map Location — confirms or adjusts the property pin on the map. Click Edit Map Pin to drag the pin to the correct position, or enter coordinates manually.
Photos — upload listing photos. The first photo displays as the primary photo on listing cards. Maximum 50 photos per listing, up to 10MB each, no more than 50MB per upload batch.
Property Details — set property type, rental flag, beds, baths, and square footage.
Listing Details — set list price, listing agent contact info, listing expiration date, and marketing description. The expiration field defaults to six months out. Expired listings stop appearing in search and emails, but any existing shared links continue to show the listing in expired status.
When you're done, click Save to Draft to save without publishing, or Save & Publish to make the listing visible to your contacts immediately.
Search Exclusives Inventory
To search all exclusive listings in your brokerage, click Search Exclusives from the dashboard, or go to realscout.com/agent/search. The search page confirms you're searching Exclusives and notes that only basic criteria are available — for additional search types, switch to a different MLS source from the dropdown.
For details on running exclusive searches and saving them for clients, see Exclusive Listing Searches in RealScout.
Share an Exclusive Listing with a Client
From any exclusive listing detail page, click Share to send a client a direct link or set up a search alert that includes your brokerage's exclusives. For the full sharing workflow, see How to Share Exclusive Listings.
Manage Auto-Emails for Exclusives
RealScout can automatically notify your clients when new exclusives match their saved searches. To control which searches include exclusives and how often clients are notified, see How to Control Exclusive Auto-Emails.
Delete a Listing
To delete an exclusive listing, open the listing in the Listing Editor and click Delete in the left sidebar. A confirmation modal appears — click Delete Listing to confirm. This action cannot be undone.
Frequently Asked Questions
What plan do I need to use Exclusives?
Exclusives requires the Enterprise plan. If you're on a Build or Team plan, Exclusives is not available.
Can clients search exclusives on their own?
Clients see exclusives only in searches you've set up for them that include exclusive listings. Exclusives do not appear automatically in client searches.
The exception is if any Exclusive matches your contact's search criteria, by location and price range. Learn how to control Exclusive Auto Emails.
Can any agent at my brokerage see our exclusives?
Yes, if they're using RealScout with your brokerage too, they can view all exclusives from the Company Exclusives tab. Otherwise, you can send them a shareable link to the listing.
What happens when a listing expires?
Expired listings stop appearing in RealScout search results and automated emails.
You can view expired listings from the Expired sub-tab on your dashboard.
