Manage Your Notification Settings in RealScout


Take control of your inbox and stay on top of your client activity by customizing your notification preferences in RealScout. The Notification Settings tab lets you choose exactly which emails and alerts you receive, so you never miss the updates that matter.

Step 1: Open the Notification Settings tab.

Step 2: Decide which emails you want to receive. Choose from options like:

  • Daily active client reports

  • Weekly client summaries

  • Alerts when a starred client is interested in a listing

Step 3: Set your email preferences. If you’ve added a second email, choose whether listing alert copies go to your main address, the secondary email, or both.

Step 4: Enable text notifications to receive real-time alerts on your phone whenever a client messages you on RealScout.

Step 5: Remember, you can also communicate directly with clients through the in-app messaging system.


Keep your notifications tuned to your workflow. Adjust these settings anytime to ensure you’re always up to date.
