Exclusive Listing Searches in RealScout

RealScout allows you to search the Exclusives inventory and save those searches for future use, either to a specific Contact or as a reusable template. This article explains how to apply filters, save a search, and choose between the options available.

Search and filter your Exclusives inventory in RealScout and save the results as a Contact alert or a reusable Template, using the same workflow as standard Listing Alert searches.


Run the Exclusives search

The Exclusives section displays off-market and exclusive listings shared within your network. Apply the same search filters available in standard Listing Alerts, then save the result.

  1. Log in to your RealScout dashboard.

  2. Click Exclusives in the left navigation.

  3. Review the map to preview your Office Exclusives. A maximum of 100 listings appear at one time.

  4. Optional: adjust the time range filter (default is Past Month) to widen or narrow results.

  5. Click Search Exclusives to open the filter panel.

  6. Apply any combination of filters: Property Status & Type; Price, Beds, Baths & Sqft; School & Location Boundaries; Excluded School & Location Boundaries; Open Houses & Photos; Public Remarks (keyword matching, requires the listing to have remarks).

  7. Click Save Search once your filters are set.

The map shows 100 listings maximum. Apply more specific filters, such as a tighter price range or location boundaries, to surface the most relevant results within that limit.


Choose your save path

After clicking Save Search, pick the option that matches how you intend to use the search.

Save to Client

Save as Template

Attaches the search to a specific Contact as a Listing Alert.

Stores the search criteria only, with no Contact attached.

Use when monitoring exclusive listings for one buyer's criteria.

Use to reuse a common buyer profile across multiple Contacts later.

The Save Search flow is identical to standard searches. Exclusives offer the same two save options as any Listing Alert search: Save to Client or Save as Template.

Save to a Contact

  1. Select Save to Client.

  2. Choose the Contact you want to attach this search to.

  3. Click Save to Client to confirm. The search is saved as a Listing Alert for that Contact.

Save as a Template

  1. Select Save as Template.

  2. Enter a name for the Template.

  3. Click Create Template, then Done. The Template can be applied to multiple Contacts when setting up future alerts.
