If you're considering deactivating your account and opting out of using RealScout with your Real Estate Agent, see the steps below.
Steps:
Click on your profile photo. Head to the top right of your account and click on your profile photo. You will see a drop-down menu.
Click on Email Settings. You'll land on an Account & Email Settings - Manage Preferences page. Scroll down to Opt-Out.
Make your Opt-Out selections. You can click Opt-Out & Disable Account, or simply adjust your email preferences to reduce email frequency.
Account & Email Settings Reminder:
If you don't want to deactivate but would like to reduce the number of emails received, talk to your agent or make those changes on your account. You can fine-tune your email preferences to reduce the frequency of emails for Listing Alerts, Market Alerts, Home Value Alerts, Other Email Alerts (price status reminders for homes you marked as interested), or Account Settings, such as updating your password.
