RealScout automatically deactivates a Listing Alert when all emails have been rejected or bounced for 60+ days, and the contact shows no engagement. This article explains the conditions and what the note looks like.
Why this happens
RealScout deactivates a listing alert when all three of these are true:
The alert is more than 60 days old
Every email sent in the last 60 days was rejected or bounced
The contact hasn't opened, clicked, or viewed any of those emails
(FYI: If even one email got through and the contact engaged with it, the system would recognize that the alert stays active)
What you'll see
When this happens, the alert shows this note:
"Note: This search was automatically disabled due to rejected emails in the last 60 days"
Suggestion
Check the contact's email address. A typo or outdated address is the most common cause of repeated bounces. Update it in the contact's profile if needed.
