Part 1: Open the Buyer's Email Alert
From your RealScout dashboard, navigate to RealScout Listing Alerts and click on the buyer contact you want to work with.
Click Email Alerts in the contact's profile.
Click Edit on the alert you want to modify.
Part 2: Edit the Search Criteria
Click the General tab to review or update basic search parameters such as price range and property type.
Click the Locations (MLS data) tab to review or update geographic criteria tied to MLS data.
Click the Features tab to review or update property feature criteria such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or square footage.
Part 3: Adding an Additional Filter
Click Add Filters.
In the filter search field, type
filterto locate available filter options.Check Listed or Status Changed to include listings that are newly listed or have had a recent status update.
Click Apply Changes to confirm the filter selection.
Click Update Search to save all changes to the search criteria.
Part 4: Send the Alert
Click Send Now... to open the listing send panel.
Check Unselect all rows to clear the default selection if you want to manually choose which listings to include.
Click the send icon with the listing count (shown as (52) in this example) to select all eligible listings for sending. The number reflects the total count of listings currently queued.
If you are Re-sending listings, you may also be prompt to "Choose sharing method..." to open delivery options.
Click Generate Shareable Link... to create a link you can share manually, or proceed to send directly to the buyer.
Click Send [Buyer Name] [Number] Listings... to deliver the alert to the buyer contact

Click on the CONTACTS tab on the left sidebar of your account.
Your client list will open. Please click on your client's name.
As their account opens, locate and click on the EMAIL ALERTS tab.
Click EDIT next to the alert.
Make your criteria adjustments.
To save, click on the UPDATE SEARCH button.
A pop-up box will appear asking you to send any new listing matches now (with or without a custom message).
