The first email you enter will be set as the primary email and will go through a verification process through Mailgun. This ensures the reliability and effectiveness of our communication channels.
During the first verification, if the email is found invalid, for some major providers (like Gmail, Yahoo, Apple, AT&T, etc.), a second quick check may take place through Emailable. Emails to the contact will be paused until the email is updated and verified.
If you know the Email Is Valid, you can override this:
Agents can override the email verification system if it is believed the email has incorrectly been flagged as "invalid" and are confident that the email address is valid.
