Can help add or verify: full name, phone number, address, owner/renter indicators (when available), and “last verified” timing.

AI Search accelerates setup by translating natural language into criteria, and you can still review and fine-tune filters before saving, including adding or removing filters.

Why should I review the criteria in an AI search or use Insights?
AI is helpful but can sometimes miss nuance or interpret wording differently than intended. This is where your expertise shines.

An email address is required. Enrichment is currently performed one contact at a time.

Not at this time.
If you use Follow Up Boss, for example: Name and primary (first) address changes will revert to what your lead shows in FUB.
This means you'll want to use that new info to update your lead in FUB, since RealScout's 2-way integration defers to Follow Up Boss for contact details.
CRMs such as Cloze, and Rechat will not have enrichment details sync or overwrite your contacts either, so you'll want to make any updates in those systems once you make a change.

Scores are updated regularly based on client activity. The default period is 7 days so you can compare over a week, but if a contact engages in some way their Scout Score will change that day.
Use Score Change to spot recent movement, not just current activity.
