How automated tags work

RealScout sends specific contact activity to Follow Up Boss, applies a tag, and lets you trigger automations when a contact sends a message, views or saves a property, views a Market Activity Alert or Home Value Alert, or requests a valuation. Each tag is a behavioral signal — attach the right workflow (email, call task, or action plan) to respond at the right time.


The six tags and recommended Follow Up Boss actions

  1. RealScout Message Sent — Direct hand-raise.

    • Automation: immediate acknowledgment email + assign call or task.

  2. RealScout Property Viewed 3+ — High buyer interest.

    • Automation: assign immediate call; follow-up text next day if no response.

    • Note: skip an extra auto-email if you already have a general property-view automation running.

  3. RealScout Market Activity Viewed — General interest.

    • Automation: send email + assign call; add a "last email more than 1 day ago" condition to avoid duplicate sends.

  4. RealScout HVA Viewed — Seller curiosity or potential listing intent.

    • Automation: seller-focused email + assign call task.

Implementation notes
