RealScout may sunset inactive alerts at its discretion to maintain system health. Archived contacts remain accessible and can be unarchived when ready to re-engage.
Understanding How RealScout Disables Inactive Alerts
RealScout does not automatically sunset alerts after a contact has been inactive for an extended period. However, may do this at our discretion to maintain system health and ensure your engagement records stay accurate.
When an alert is sunset:
The contact is still accessible to you in your Archived Contacts section.
The archived contacts will no longer count toward your Nurtured Contacts total.
Viewing Notifications
To locate archived contacts:
Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of your agent profile to open Notifications.
Select View Client to open the archived contact's profile.
Restoring an Archived Contact
You can unarchive a contact if they confirm they would like to continue using RealScout and receive email alerts.
To restore:
Open the archived profile.
Click the Unarchive button.
Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
