Common Questions and Edge Cases
Where do I go to ask my agent a question?
The messaging field on the right side of the property detail page is available at multiple points as you scroll. Type your question and click Send. Your agent will receive the message through RealScout.
What happens when I mark a property as Interested?
The property is saved for easy reference and you are given the option to rate it. This rating is shared with your agent as feedback. Marking a property Interested or Uninterested also helps RealScout surface more relevant listings in future alerts.
What if open house information or school data is missing?
Open house dates only appear if they have been entered in the MLS for that listing. School data is provided directly by the MLS and may vary by region.
Where do I add commute locations?
Commute locations are managed in your My Profile page. You can reach it by clicking Add a Commute from the commute section on the property detail page.
