Tips & Reminders
Enrichment is limited to two attempts per contact per day (100 daily enrichments total across your account)
Always verify major changes before accepting (especially address corrections)
You can pick and choose which enriched data to accept: name, phone number, and address are all optional
Enriched contacts count toward your Nurtured Contacts if they interact with alerts or are updated
Where do you gather data for Contact Enrichment?
Contact enrichment merges your first-party data (like names and emails) with information from public databases, social media, specialized data providers, and other external systems to provide verified contact details.
Enrichment Sources: We are currently evaluating different vendors for contact enrichment, so you may see changes in data sources going forward. Please share feedback based on your experience using the support messenger in your RealScout account.
Troubleshooting
Nothing enriched?
Make sure the contact has a valid email and at least a partial name or address
Your contact may have a very small digital footprint that our sources couldn't find
Try editing and refreshing enrichment after a small manual update
Seeing unexpected data?
Decline enrichment and correct it manually, or message the contact to confirm
Remember: enrichment data must be accepted before owner/renter status appears in the contact record
