This guide shows you how to search Canopy MLS for listings with a specific room type, like a bedroom or primary suite, on a specific level of the home.
Prerequisite
Access to a Canopy MLS search page
Steps:
1. Scroll to the Rooms section
On the search page, scroll down to Rooms.
2. Set the Room Type
Click the Room Type dropdown and select the type of room you're searching for (for example, Bedroom or Primary Bedroom).
3. Set the Room Level
Click the Room Level dropdown and select the level where that room should be located (for example, Main or Upper).
4. Run your search
Apply the filter and run your search as usual. Results will be limited to listings with the selected room type on the selected level.
Verify It Worked
Check a few returned listings' room details to confirm the room type appears on the level you selected.
