Configure Auto Nurture Map Settings for Popular Homes Email Drip

Objective

Set up and customize the Auto Nurture map settings so the Popular Homes email drip sends listings within the desired geographic radius. This SOP helps ensure the listings match the area you want to target before enabling the automation.

Key Steps

1. Open Auto Nurture in Automations 0:00

  • Navigate to Automations.

  • Click Auto Nurture.

  • Confirm you are in the area where the Popular Homes email drip settings are managed.

  • Understand that this feature controls the map radius for listings included in the drip.

2. Access the Settings Menu 0:14

  • Click Update Settings.

  • Review the available map configuration options before turning on Auto Nurture.

  • Use this screen to prepare the location and radius settings for your target area.

3. Set the Default Map Location and Radius 0:28

  • Locate the Default Map Location setting.

  • Review the current radius, which may default to 25 miles.

  • Change the radius to match your target area, such as 3 miles, 5 miles, or another appropriate distance.

  • Choose a radius based on the location you are focusing on.

4. Confirm or Adjust the Map Pin Drop Location 0:39

  • Check the current map pin drop location.

  • Note that the default pin location is based on your connected data feed.

  • Verify that the pin location aligns with the area you want to target before proceeding.

5. Enter a Custom Address to Refine the Search Area 0:48

  • In the address field, type or paste the desired address.

  • Select the matching address from the dropdown menu.

  • Use the selected address to customize the listing range and refine the drip campaign (emails) map radius.

Cautionary Notes

  • Do not enable Auto Nurture until the map location and radius are reviewed and confirmed.

  • Make sure the selected address is accurate, as it directly affects which listings are included in the email drip.

  • If the default 25-mile radius is too broad for your campaign, reduce it to avoid sending irrelevant listings.

  • Decide on your target farm area before opening settings so you can update the radius quickly.
