RealScout's Usage-Based Pricing Model
In RealScout there is a concept of "Nurtured Contacts." Each account comes with a base-level amount of Nurtured Contacts, and offers the ability to purchase Additional Nurtured Contacts.
What is a Nurtured Contact?
What is a Nurtured Contact?
A Nurtured Contact is any contact in RealScout who:
Has at least one active nurture tool turned on — most commonly a Listing Alert, Home Value Alert, or Market Activity Alert
Has registered via one the lead capture forms
Has had their contact record Enriched with additional data
As soon as a contact is set up with an alert, has been enriched, or is utilizing RealScout services, they’re considered “nurtured” -- because RealScout is working on your behalf.
It doesn’t matter whether the alert was set up “manually” OR through “Auto Nurture”.
Auto Nurture is just one method of setting up alerts (and a drip campaign) for your contacts. If a contact has auto-nurture turned on, RealScout automatically chooses the optimal and appropriate alerts and campaign messages to keep your Nurtured Contact engaged.
Example: If you enable Auto-Nurture for a contact, RealScout may automatically send them listing updates or market insights, without requiring you to set up those alerts yourself. This contact is considered a Nurtured Contact, and it is nurtured through Auto-nurture.
Manual Nurture Set-Up is the other method available for setting up nurture tools for your contacts. With this method, you get to pick which nurturing tools to use for each contact (Listing Alert, Home Value Alert, and/or Market Activity Alert), and you have to manually set them up for each contact.
Example: If you set up a Listing Alert or Market Activity Alert for a buyer, that contact is considered nurtured because of your manual setup.
Captured Leads are also considered a Nurtured Contact. Anyone who registers on your RealScout site or via one of the provided Lead Capture Pages they are utilizing RealScout services, therefore is being engaged on your behalf.
Example: You post your “What’s My Home Worth?” lead capture link on Facebook and someone registers to see their home’s value. They are now considered a Nurtured Contact because they can see their home’s value instantly and are set up with a Home Value Alert.
Awaiting Nurture Contact
Awaiting Nurture Contact
This is a contact that has not yet been set up or interacted with at least one of RealScout’s nurture tools, and isn’t archived. These contacts do NOT count toward your number of Nurtured Contacts.
Archived Contacts
Archived Contacts
Contacts can be archived to disable their alerts and nurture campaigns without deleting the contact. The contact will no longer count against the Nurtured Contact limit. The contact can still log into the RealScout Home Search app; archiving doesn’t block them from logging on, but it does turn off automated & scheduled alerts.
What is Auto Nurture?
What is Auto Nurture?
Auto Nurture automatically triggers alerts and emails for your contacts based on their data and behavior, keeping them engaged without you lifting a finger.
Auto Nurtured Continued... RealScout’s Auto Nurture feature automatically creates and sends alerts to your contacts based on their behavior and property data. When you set it up, it can trigger high-engagement Listing Alerts, Home Value Alerts, Market Activity Alerts, or Email Drip Campaigns, ensuring your clients get the right information at the right time, without any manual effort.
