Updated over 2 weeks ago

Description:

RealScout provides tools to customize and control how listing notifications are sent to your clients. This guide explains how to manage client alerts, verify email activity, and disable notifications when needed.

The recommended steps to Disable/Pause alerts are:

Disabling alerts is one of several management options available in RealScout.

  1. Click on the CLIENTS tab

  2. Locate and click on the client’s name

  3. The client's account will open

  4. Locate their alert on the EMAIL ALERTS section

  5. Change the schedule to DISABLE

Alternatively, you can archive a contact to stop all alerts and remove them from active nurturing while preserving their profile for future reactivation.

Their alert will now be Disabled an no longer email the client new property matches.

Archived contacts will no longer receive alerts or notifications. You can reactivate them later if needed.

To Disable other alerts, scroll to the bottom of the same page and UNCHECK the box under OTHER ALERTS "Price/Status Change Alerts for Interested Homes".

The client will no longer receive email alerts for the properties they have selected being Interested in.

If you no longer need the contact at all, you can choose to delete them permanently, which will also turn off all alerts.
