RealScout provides several options for controlling how listing notifications are sent to your contacts. This guide covers how to disable or pause a listing alert, turn off price and status change notifications, and when to use archiving or deletion instead.
What to expect:
Disabling an alert pauses it without deleting any search criteria.
The contact stops receiving emails, but their profile and alert settings stay saved so you can turn it back on anytime.
The contact remains counted as a Nurtured Contact.
Archive as needed, as archived contacts do not count as a Nurtured Contact, and by archiving, all of their alerts are automatically disabled.

If you need to take broader action than disabling individual alerts, RealScout offers two additional options. To disable alerts for multiple contacts, go to the Nurture tab on the Contacts page, select the leads you want to stop emailing, click More Options, and choose Archive.
Archive a contact to stop all alerts and remove them from active nurturing while preserving their profile. You can unarchive at any time to return the contact to your active list, but alerts that were off stay off; re-enable them manually from the Email Alerts tab.
Delete a contact if you no longer need it. Deleting is permanent and will also turn off all alerts for that contact. To turn off all listing alerts in your account, open the Listing Alerts dashboard, select the checkbox near Contact to choose all contacts, click More Actions, and select Disable Listing Alerts.
