Want to increase your AI Queries? Click on Billing to update your AI Search Add-On plan. You may see additional features to enhance your RealScout experience. Options may vary based on plan type (Core, Build, or Enterprise).
Overview of AI Query Limits
RealScout's subscription plans include a specific number of AI queries per month. For example, the $50/month plan includes up to 50 AI queries. These queries are counted as follows:
Each AI Search prompt entered into the system counts as one query against your monthly limit.
The limit applies to the total number of queries across all contacts, not per individual contact. If you need more queries, you can upgrade your plan through the Billing section of your RealScout account.
How to Use AI Queries
To use the AI Search feature effectively:
Access the AI Search Interface: This feature is available only on desktop browsers and not on mobile devices.
Enter Your Prompts: Type your search prompts into the AI Search interface. Each prompt will count as one query.
Reuse and Optimize Prompts: You can recover your most recent prompts from the "Show History" section. Turn these prompts into templates, fine-tune them, and assign them to other leads. This allows you to apply multiple AI searches to the same or different contacts without losing prior work.
Managing and Upgrading AI Query Plans
If you find that the included number of AI queries is insufficient for your needs, you can manage or upgrade your plan:
Navigate to the Billing section of your RealScout account.
Select a plan that offers a higher number of AI queries per month. This ensures you have enough queries to meet your business requirements.
Tips for Efficient Use of AI Queries
Plan Your Prompts: Before entering a query, think through what you need to minimize unnecessary prompts.
Leverage Templates: Use the "Show History" feature to create and reuse templates for similar searches.
Monitor Usage: Keep track of your remaining queries to avoid running out before the end of the month. By following these guidelines, you can maximize the value of RealScout's AI search capabilities while staying within your query limits.
