Help for your Contacts: How to Whitelist RealScout Emails

Tips on how to add realscout.com to Safe Senders, mark Not Junk/Spam, and common email provider whitelisting steps so you get your agent's messages and property alerts from RealScout.

Whitelisting tells your email provider that messages from RealScout are safe and should always be delivered to your inbox. If your agent's messages or property alerts are landing in spam — or not arriving at all — use the quick fixes below, then follow the steps for your email provider.

The most reliable fix is domain whitelisting: add realscout.com to your approved or safe senders. It covers every RealScout sender at once.

Quick fixes that work on most providers

  1. Mark as Not Spam — If you find a RealScout email in your spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk."

  2. Add to Contacts — Save your agent's RealScout sender email address to your contacts. Most providers prioritize emails from known contacts.

  3. Whitelist the domain — Add realscout.com to your approved senders using your provider's steps below.

  4. Mark as important — Star (Gmail) or flag (Outlook) RealScout emails to train your provider on your preferences.

If domain whitelisting doesn't work, add these specific sender addresses:

Sender

Purpose

Direct messages from your agent

Your alerts from your agent

Note: The exact sender addresses may vary. Check the "From" field in RealScout emails you've received to confirm the current address. Even after whitelisting, some providers (like Gmail) may still place emails under "Promotions" — that's the provider's algorithm, not an error on your part.

Gmail

Web — Method 1: Create a filter (recommended)

Work, corporate, or school email

Corporate email systems often have strict filtering rules managed by IT departments, and you may need administrator approval to whitelist senders. If this is your only email address for receiving your agent's alerts, ask IT to whitelist realscout.com — but it's often quicker to give your agent a different, non-work email instead.
