If you would like to cancel your subscription, head over to the Subscription & Billing tab within your account. Click on the Billing tab and scroll down.
If your subscription was activated with a 12-month contractual commitment, the subscription cannot be canceled immediately and will remain active until the end of the term. Billing will continue until the conclusion of the commitment. You can, however, request that the auto-renewal for your subscription be turned off, ensuring it does not automatically extend beyond the 12-month period. It is essential to verify the terms of your subscription to avoid confusion.
From here, click on Cancel Subscription.
In the event of accidentally creating a subscription, you can request a cancellation. If no payment has been processed, there will not be a refund as no transaction took place. If payment has occurred, refunds depend on the billing and refund terms stipulated in your plan and payment method. To initiate a refund request, confirm whether a payment was charged to your account and follow the applicable refund procedures.
