If you would like to cancel your subscription, head over to the Subscription & Billing tab within your account. Click on the Billing tab and scroll down.
From here, click on Cancel Subscription.

FAQs
To cancel a subscription, you must be on an individual agent plan. This means that the account is not provided to you by your Brokerage or a Team. If the account is provided to you by a Brokerage or a Team, please contact your office administrator or team lead.
If completing your cancellation request by email, please also include feedback or a reason for the cancellation in the body of your email.
