RealScout automatically deactivates a Listing Alert when all emails have been rejected or bounced for 60+ days and the contact shows no engagement. This article explains the conditions and what the note looks like.
RealScout will sunset, or deactivate, a listing alert if the following conditions are met for a contact's alert:
The alert is more than 60 days old
All emails sent in the last 60 days were rejected or bounced
andThe contact hasn't opened, clicked, or viewed any emails in the last 60 days
When this happens, you'll see the note shown in the image below.
"Note: This search was automatically disabled due to rejected emails in the last 60 days"
