🧹 How to Clean Up Your Contacts in RealScout Using Follow Up Boss

Hi FUBscouts! 👋 Andrea from RealScout here with a quick guide on tidying up your database and managing your nurtured contact count in Follow Up Boss.

If you’ve got contacts with email issues (like bounces or spam reports), you can now easily identify and take action using smart lists and new actionable tags.

🎯 Tags to Help You Find Problem Contacts:

• RealScout Email Rejected

• Email Validation Failed

• RealScout Email Spam Reported

Create a smart list in FUB to round them all up quickly!

✅ What You Can Do with Actionable Tags:

• RealScout Archive Contact – Moves contacts out of the nurtured bucket so they no longer count toward your usage.

• RealScout Disable All Alerts 

• Disable Listing Alert .

💡 Pro Tip: Before tagging, make sure the email is truly invalid and the contact hasn’t engaged recently (no property views or email opens).
