RealScout Tags
RealScout Tags are available to help you better understand how contacts engage with your emails. These tags also sync with your integrated systems to keep everything up to date. We’ll review RealScout Tag names and descriptions, note which ones sync to your connected CRMs, and dive into an error column with tips to help you clean up your nurtured contact list.
Tags That Highlight Engagement:
RealScout HVA Viewed- this tag is placed on the contact when they view their Home Value Alert in RealScout
RealScout HVA Valuation Message- this tag is placed anytime a contact messages their agent from their Home Value Alert page in RealScout and the HVA is attached to that message. Currently this happens when they request a price opinion or when they use the quick chat widget of the HVA page.

RealScout Property Saved
RealScout Property Viewed 3+ - this tag indicates the contact has viewed the same property three or more times
RealScout Message Sent
RealScout Showing Request Message - when client clicks showing request button (see below example)
RealScout Open House Info Viewed - When client clicks to view open house times/requests open house times (see below example)
RealScout Email Validation Failed - This contacts email is invalid
RealScout Email Rejected - This contact's email bounced (and their email is now blocked)
RealScout Email Spam Reported - This exact contact has reported spam (and their email is now blocked)
Actionable Tags:
We are excited to introduce new tag-based automations for RealScout! Use these tags to trigger a lead to move to an archived state or disable ALL or only listing alerts in RealScout:

Errors Column
On the Contact List, there is a column labeled "Errors." The "Errors" column indicates the status of a contact's email, which may be affected by other profiles associated with the same email address in the system.
For instance, if you have a contact named Joe and he uses the same email address with you that another agent has also added, there’s a possibility that Joe may report the email alerts as spam. If this happens, Joe will be blocked from receiving emails not only from that agent but also from you and anyone else who has his email address in their RealScout contact list.
Below is a list of the error names and the specific description:
'Spam Address' - A contact with this email has reported spam, with any agent in the system, so this contact's email has been blocked (they will not receive emails).
'Email Bounced' - A contact with this email address has bounced, with any agent in the system, so this contact's email has been blocked (they will not receive emails).
'Email Invalid' - This contact's email is invalid (they will not receive emails).
This column does not sync with other systems, but the RealScout Tags do sync.
Cleaning up your Contact List
On your Nurtured contact list, you can use the RealScout Tags or the Errors column to clean up your list in bulk, enhancing email deliverability and reducing spam reports moving forward.
The Errors column helps you spot invalid emails, for example. You can always verify the spelling or update it with a newer address. While we perform a double validation for primary emails, an override option may be available for suspected errors. You'll want to click on their name to open their profile and see if you have this option.
If you simply want to remove all of the errored emails in bulk, check the box next to each contact's name, then select "More Actions" and choose "Archive."
