The Contacts page gives you Quick Filters and Activity timeframes to cut through your full contact list and surface the contacts who need your attention right now — most engaged, recently re-engaged, and slipping away. You can use these filters to prioritize outreach, then take bulk actions like enabling Auto Nurture, assigning a Template, or exporting a filtered list.
Set your Activity timeframe first. Quick Filters reflect only the window you select — Last 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month. Without a timeframe set, filter results may not reflect recent behavior.
Nurtured Contacts your USAGE view will look like this:
Activity Timeframe and Quick Filters
Start every session on the Contacts page by setting an Activity timeframe — Last 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month. This limits the contact list to contacts who were active within that window, so your Quick Filters reflect recent behavior rather than all-time data.
The Quick Filters across the top of the page are:
Emailed: Contacts you have emailed within the selected timeframe
Email-engaged: Contacts who opened or clicked RealScout emails
Site-engaged: Contacts actively browsing on the RealScout site or app
Most engaged: Contacts with the highest combined engagement signals in the timeframe
Recently re-engaged: Contacts whose activity picked back up after a quieter period
Slipping away: Contacts whose engagement is trending down compared to prior behavior
Recommended workflow:
Set Activity timeframe to match your follow-up window (7 days covers most weekly routines).
Click Most engaged to identify contacts for immediate outreach.
Click Slipping away to find contacts whose alerts may need refreshing or criteria tightening.
Layer in additional Filters if needed, then use bulk actions to enable Auto Nurture, assign a Template, or export the filtered list.
Bulk Actions
Select contacts using the checkboxes on the left side of the list, then click More Actions in the top-right corner to apply a bulk action to all selected contacts. Available bulk actions include:
Enable Auto Nurture — starts Auto Nurture on all selected contacts at once
Assign Template — assigns a specific search Template to selected contacts
Archive — moves selected contacts to the Archived tab and stops their alerts
Export — downloads the filtered list as a CSV for use outside RealScout
Monitoring Property Interest via the Live Feed
To see which contacts have marked themselves as interested in a specific property, open the Live Feed panel from your RealScout dashboard. The Live Feed shows real-time activity including which contact expressed interest in which property. Click any activity item to open the contact's profile alongside the property detail.
