RealScout automatically sends Exclusive listings to contacts whose simplified criteria match. You can disable these auto emails per contact or globally from your Settings page.
RealScout automatically sends Exclusive listings to your contacts if the listing matches their simplified criteria.
You can view that criteria on their contact record, at the bottom of the "Email Alerts" tab:
If you want to disable the auto email alerts for this specific contact, uncheck the box:
You can also disable the auto alerts globally for all your contacts on the Settings page:
