Overview of AI Search

AI Search is a feature designed to provide advanced, user-friendly search options by translating plain English prompts into detailed home search criteria. You can fine-tune the results using an interactive insights panel, helping clients find the perfect home according to their needs. Additionally, AI Search is accessible only via desktop browsers, excluding mobile devices like iPads and smartphones. Setting up the search by you in RealScout is required. Contacts cannot directly use AI Search through RealScout.

  • Accessing AI Search:

    • Platform Requirements: AI Search can only be accessed on desktop browsers. Mobile devices, like iPads and smartphones, are not supported.

    • Eligibility Requirements: Only agent accounts have access to AI Search, and client accounts are ineligible. Access may also be limited to agents involved in specific programs or beta rollouts.

    • Troubleshooting Access: Ensure you meet access criteria—logging in via desktop, having an agent account, and checking program participation.

  • Using AI Search in RealScout:

    1. Select MLS 0:01

      • Start by choosing the MLS you want to search with.

      • Note: AI search works specifically with advanced searches, not cross MLS searches.

    2. Enter Search Prompt 0:15

      • Type your search prompt in the AI search box.

      • The AI will learn and improve results based on the details you provide.

    3. Use Search History 1:24

      • You can select from your search history to load previous searches quickly.

    4. Review AI Summary 2:00

      • After loading your search, review the AI's summary of your criteria.

      • The AI will assume defaults for unspecified criteria (e.g., location, price range).

    5. Check Core Requirements 3:23

      • Click on 'Review Search Criteria' to see the core requirements set by the AI.

      • Ensure the property type and status are correct (e.g., single family homes, active listings).

    6. Review Primary Bedroom Strategy 4:55

      • Check the conditions set for the primary bedroom on the main floor.

      • The AI will include options for single-story homes and multi-story homes with main level bedrooms.

    7. Analyze Public Remarks Filter 6:08

      • The AI will look for specific keywords in public remarks related to the primary bedroom.

    8. Add Additional Filters 7:06

      • Consider adding more filters like property features, lot information, and parking.

    9. Specify Price Range 7:26

      • Add a price range to narrow down your search results (e.g., $500,000 to $750,000).

    10. Set Location 7:50

      • Specify a location for your search (e.g., Annapolis).

    11. Save Your Search 8:45

      • Once satisfied with the search criteria, click 'Save Search' to save it for your client.
