Cloze X RealScout: Supercharge your integration with Auto Nurture

Connect Cloze CRM to RealScout Auto Nurture to automatically send listing alerts, home value alerts, and drip campaigns. Set up integration, configure contact import with tags, enable Auto Nurture, and use Buyer Profile data for personalized alerts.

Auto Nurture uses data from Cloze to automatically enroll contacts in the right RealScout experience: listing alerts for buyers, home value alerts for homeowners, or a drip campaign when key details are missing.


How Auto Nurture works with Cloze

When Cloze is connected, RealScout can use these Cloze data points to decide what to send:

  1. Buyer intent (Buyer Profile fields in Cloze): used to create a Listing Alert.

  2. Home address: used to create a Home Value Alert (or a fallback Market Activity Alert if valuation data is not available).

  3. Email only: used to send the Auto Nurture drip campaign until the contact provides more info.

Note: Auto Nurture behavior depends on what exists in Cloze for that contact at the time the contact is imported or updated. If the contact’s Cloze record changes later, you may need to re-check the alert created in RealScout.


Set up Auto Nurture for Cloze

Step 1: Connect Cloze to RealScout

  1. Log into your RealScout agent account.

  2. Go to Integrations.

  3. Select Connect Cloze Account and follow the prompts to approve access.

Step 2: Choose how contacts will import from Cloze

RealScout supports two primary import modes:

  1. Only Import Tagged Contacts (recommended for control)

    • RealScout will only import Cloze contacts that match the tags you specify. Tags are case-insensitive.

    • “RealScout” is the default tag and cannot be removed.

  2. Import all contacts

    • Imports all contacts from Cloze into RealScout regardless of tags.

Tip: Start with Only Import Tagged Contacts so you can pilot Auto Nurture on a smaller group first.

Step 3: Backfill contacts (optional)

After choosing your import mode, use Back Fill Contacts to pull in existing Cloze contacts.

Step 4: Enable Auto Nurture in RealScout

  1. Go to your Auto Nurture Settings in RealScout.

  2. Enable Auto Nurture for new contacts so newly synced Cloze contacts can be enrolled automatically.

  3. Confirm your fallback templates are selected (Listing Alert and Market Activity fallback), so contacts with incomplete data still receive relevant alerts.

Note: You can also enable Auto Nurture manually for an individual contact from their RealScout profile if you do not want to turn it on globally.

Note: For Auto Nurture to automatically create a Listing Alert from Cloze, the Buyer Profile should include at minimum a location and a max price. If those fields are missing, the contact will default to the drip campaign experience.


Frequently Asked Questions

Does Auto Nurture send a drip campaign for Cloze contacts?

Yes. If a Cloze contact only has an email address (and no usable Buyer Profile fields or home address), RealScout will send the Auto Nurture drip campaign until the contact provides more information.

What if my Cloze contact does not have a Buyer Profile?

They will not automatically receive a Listing Alert based on buyer criteria. They will enter the drip campaign path unless they have a home address (which would trigger a Home Value Alert).

Can I control which Cloze contacts sync into RealScout?

Yes. Use Only Import Tagged Contacts so only contacts with matching Cloze tags are imported. Tags are case-insensitive, and the default tag “RealScout” cannot be removed.

Can I use Cloze and Follow Up Boss at the same time?

Typically, RealScout supports one primary CRM integration at a time per agent account. If you are connected to Cloze, you generally cannot also run a parallel Follow Up Boss sync on the same agent account.

Can I customize the Auto Nurture drip emails?

No. The drip campaign content is system-defined. You can customize your manual alerts and templates, and you can control which contacts are enrolled.
