About Templates (NEW)

The new Templates feature streamlines your workflow by centralizing various template management. Create and manage Listing Alert Templates, set up Market Alerts, automate tagging, and generate reusable search links—all in one place. This makes staying organized and informed easier than ever!

Templates

Head over to the new Templates tab on the left navigation bar. You will see the Alert Templates page by default. Next, you'll see the Listing Alert Templates page and next to it a tab for the Market Alert Templates page. The Tag Automation is the same process for Listing Alert Templates and Markert Alert Templates.

Listing Alert Templates

When on the Listing Alert Templates page, you'll see three options. + Create a Template, Set Up Tag Automation, and an option to Create a Search Link. You'll also see a list of your templates with a few actions to choose from.

+ Create a Template
Create templates and simplify your alert creation process by using templates to create new listing alerts for your contacts. Click here to learn more, or see the quick steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Templates page, and ensure you are on the Listing Alert Templates tab.
  2. Locate and click on + Create a Template button.
  3. A pop-up will appear, choose to either:
    - Copy from an existing-saved listing alert from one of your contacts 
    - Create a new template 
  4. Based on your selection, you'll see different prompts or be routed to the search page.

List of Saved Listing Alert Templates

As you scroll down, you will see a list of all the templates you have saved. 
You will see a + Create a Template button next to each saved template, which you can use to assign it to the contact of your choosing.

The three dots will expand a few actions, such as previewing the full criteria of the template to remind you of the criteria. You can edit tags (remove/add), share socially, or delete.

Set Up Tag Automation

When clicking on Tag Automation, a pop-up will appear for you to add tags for specific templates. If you choose to use it, it will then automatically create alerts for newly added contacts with matching tags. New alerts are created every hour, ensuring timely notifications. To stop the automation, simply remove the tags from the template.

TAG Highlights

  • Follow Up Up Boss x RealScout integration: Tagged contacts that flow into RealScout from Follow Up Boss will have the templated alert auto-apply to the contact(s) with matching tags. 

 

 

 

Create a Search Link

When on the Create a Search Link page, you'll see options to create searches using an advanced or quick link to post on social media, online advertising, or send directly to contacts. More information here and coming soon!

 

 

 

Market Alert Templates 

Create templates and simplify your alert creation process by using templates to create new market alerts for your contacts. Click here to learn more, or see the quick steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Templates page, and ensure you are on the Market Alert Templates tab. 
  2. Locate and click on + Create a Template button.
  3. A pop-up will appear, choose to either:
    - Copy from an existing-saved market alert from one of your contacts 
    - Create a new template 
  4. Based on your selection, you'll see different prompts or be routed to the search page.
