How to Add a New Contact in RealScout
Follow the steps below to add a single contact to your account quickly:
Steps to Add a New Contact
Locate the Add Contact Button: At the top of your RealScout page, click the “Add Contact / Alert” button in the top-right corner of your screen.
Enter Contact Information: A pop-up form will appear where you can input the new contact’s details. Fill out the required fields, such as email address. All other details are also helpful, such as name, phone number, tag, source, and any other relevant information.
Save the Contact: Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click the Save button to add the contact to your RealScout account.
Additional Tips
Ensure the email address entered is accurate to avoid communication issues.
After adding a contact, you can set up alerts or send them a welcome email directly from the platform.
If you add a tag, please note that any template(s) with a matching tag will be applied automatically.
