How to Customize Your Account Settings


You can fine-tune your account settings to control how leads interact with your listings and tailor the experience for you and your clients. Let’s walk through the main options in your Settings tab.

Step 1: Click the Settings tab in your account.

Step 2: Adjust lead registration requirements. Decide if leads must register right away, can view some listings before registering, or can browse unlimited listings without signing up. Your available options may depend on your data feed requirements.

Step 3: Set up display options for text message TCRs and public sign-up disclaimers.

Step 4: Choose extra features to enable, such as hiding open house dates and times. When hidden, clients see that an open house exists, but they need to contact you for the details. A climate check widget, RealScout data on-market activity alerts, or a mortgage calculator on the property details page per listing.

Step 5: Configure contact alert settings. Turn on the option to CC yourself on all listing alert emails. Use the toggle to enable this feature as needed.

Step 6: Hide the natural-language introduction from all email alerts if you prefer a more streamlined message.


Customizing these settings gives you better control over how leads and clients view listings, interact with your brand, and receive alerts. You can explore each option to find the right setup for your business and communication style.
