Step 1: Choose Alert Schedule 0:12
For Daily alerts, configure the following options:
Specify whether RealScout should send the alerts in the a.m. or p.m.
Select the desired days and times for sending the alert.
For a Weekly option, set the alert to Daily and uncheck the unwanted days.
The Hand-Picked option allows you to email your client manually. 0:44
ASAP (as soon as possible)
Monthly (beginning of the month)
Select Disabled if you are not ready to enable this for your contact.
Step 2: Configure Additional Settings (optional) 0:23
Send a copy of the alert to yourself.
Suppress natural language intros if preferred.
Enable open house reminders to be sent before each weekend.
Step 3:
Save and send.
