After an extended period of inactivity, RealScout will sunset alerts. The contact will be archived and not count towards Nurtured Contacts any longer.
View Notifications
On the top right of your agent profile, click the bell icon for NOTIFICATIONS. From there, you can click on VIEW CLIENT to open their archived profile.
You can unarchive the contact if you have received confirmation from them stating they'd like to use RealScout and received email alerts.
You will see an UNARCHIVE button and a pop-up to process this.
