What syncs between RealScout and Cloze
The integration works in two directions:
RealScout sends client activity into Cloze so you can see RealScout engagement in the Cloze timeline.
Cloze sends contact and buyer profile details into RealScout so RealScout can set up alerts and Auto Nurture based on the information you maintain in Cloze.
Quick reference: Data flow overview
Direction | What syncs | What you use it for |
RealScout → Cloze | Listing activity (views, saves), email alert activity (opens, clicks), RealScout messages | Build Cloze automations, tasking, and follow-up using engagement signals |
Cloze → RealScout | Contacts (name, email, phone, postal address), buyer profile details, Cloze tags | Power Auto Nurture, listing alerts, and contact management in RealScout |
Note: Cloze’s Help Center describes using a #realscout tag to control which Cloze contacts import into RealScout. Your RealScout integration settings may show a default RealScout tag that cannot be removed.
View RealScout engagement inside Cloze
After connecting, Cloze can show RealScout engagement in the contact’s timeline, including:
Viewed listings
Saved listings
Email alert activity (Listing Alerts, Market Activity Alerts, Home Value Alerts)
Email opens and clicks
Messages sent from RealScout
How this helps your workflow
Use Cloze as the place where you:
Review engagement signals (who is active, what they viewed, what they saved).
Trigger Cloze-side automations (tasks, follow-up sequences, reminders).
Keep your outreach consistent without switching tabs back into RealScout for every action.
Tip: If you need listing details, use the RealScout link from the activity event to open the property in RealScout and review agent remarks or MLS details.
Use Cloze data to power Auto Nurture in RealScout
When Cloze sends contact details into RealScout, Auto Nurture can set up alerts based on what you have stored in Cloze.
At minimum, RealScout needs these Buyer Profile fields in Cloze to create an Auto Nurture listing alert:
Location
Price range minimum and maximum (or a max price at minimum)
Note: If a contact only has an email address and no usable buyer profile or address data, Auto Nurture may default to an email drip experience.
