rechat.

Updated over a month ago

The RealScout and rechat. integration provides a client sync integration to transfer client record data from rechat. to RealScout!

How It Works

rechat. to RealScout

Updates made to a contact profile on rechat. will be updated on RealScout. New contacts added to rechat. will be synced to RealScout.

These are the fields we currently sync from Rechat to RealScout:

  1. First name

  2. Last name

  3. Primary email

  4. Secondary email

  5. Primary phone number

  6. Address

  7. Lead source

RealScout to rechat.

  • New self-serve contact sign ups are synced from RealScout to rechat.

  • New agent added contact sign ups are synced from RealScout to rechat.

  • Excluded from being synced are those contacts imported into RealScout or synced through other integrations.

  • When a contact is deleted in rechat. it'll also automatically be deleted in RealScout

These are the fields we currently sync from RealScout to Rechat, when new contacts are created in RealScout:

  • Primary email

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Primary mobile number

  • Primary home number

  • Primary work number

  • “RealScout” as the Lead source

  • Address (street, city, state, zip)

Connecting rechat. on RealScout!

Step 1: Click on CONNECT RECHAT ACCOUNT.

Clicking on "reconnecting" will take you to the rechat. login page. See below.

Step 2: Access permissions for RealScout to access your slected rechat. account.
For agents with multiple accounts within rechat., ensure you select the appropriate account, as Realscout only supports integration to a single rechat. account at this time.

That is all, your rechat. and RealScout are now synced!

Replacing the existing rechat. account

To remove the integration, click on the red DELETE INTEGRATION button. This will allow you to connect a different rechat. if you have more accounts you are considering using.
