How to Track a Client's Recent Activity






All of your clients all have a Recent Activity section in their accounts. That is where you can keep track of all of their email alerts delivered, emails that were opened by your client, homes viewed and homes your client is interested in.


  • Click on the CLIENTS tab
  • Click on clients name (their account will open up)
  • Click on Recent Activity 

The agent view of the Email Alert will not have the same functionality as the email your clients receive.

There will be a red banner at the top of your agent view of the email to remind you this view is set to view only, meaning to view the listings, you must exit the email tab and search the property on your RealScout account.
