Upcoming Workshops
Week 6 β Auto Nurture, Targeted Alerts, and Templates
π April 14 (Tue) & April 16 (Thu)
You'll learn how to use : Auto Nurture, a targeted alert, or a default Market/Listing Alert template.
You'll leave with a simple, repeatable framework for knowing exactly which configuration fits for you, so your automations for alerts are more predictable.
Week 7 β Seller Scaling: Home Value Alert, Market Alerts, and a 5-Minute Share Plan
π April 21 (Tue) & April 23 (Thu)
Set up one Home Value Alert for a homeowner, learn if/when to add a Market Alert to the contact and have custom links/QR code ready links for a specific Seller or lead type. These are URLs for a single lead you can use in a social post, a text, or even personal email signature addition β all using the same link.
Week 8 β Contacts, Scout Score, and Enrichment: Read the Signals, Fill the Gaps, Follow Through
π April 28 (Tue) & April 30 (Thu)
Navigate the Contacts page to build a priority call list using Scout Score and Quick Filters, enrich one contact, and complete the correct follow-through action β including what CRM users need to do so enriched data persists in RealScout.
Week 9 β Three Shareable Link Types: Buyer Search, Market Activity Alert, and Home Value Alert
π May 5 (Tue) & May 7 (Thu)
Understand the three shareable link types and deploy at least one with a clear client introduction script. This session focuses on which link to use for which client situation β and what to say when you send it so the client actually uses it.
Week 10 β AI Search β Save to a Client: The Fastest Path to a Personalized Alert
π May 12 (Tue) & May 14 (Thu)
Save an AI Search as a Listing Alert directly to one client without the intermediate Template step β and know when to use this path vs. the Template path. Covers alert naming from the client's perspective and the two-search-per-buyer strategy.
Week 11 β Low Inventory Strategy: Market Activity Alerts as the Consistent Touchpoint
π May 19 (Tue) & May 21 (Thu)
Set up a Market Activity Alert plan for a slow or low-inventory market and apply it to both a buyer and a seller contact. In a slow market, this is the tool that keeps you in the inbox without requiring new inventory to send.
Week 12 β Deliverability and Resend: When a Client Says "I Didn't Get It"
π May 27 (Wed) & May 28 (Thu)
Resolve the three most common friction points: client not receiving emails, resending correctly without triggering a duplicate, and getting someone logged into RealScout on any device. Pre-reading on bounce types and resend paths sent to all registrants ahead of time so the live session is a workflow walk-through, not a concepts lecture.
Week 13 β Listing Alert Filters: Polygon Search, MLS-Specific Fields, and Common Mistakes
π June 2 (Tue) & June 4 (Thu)
Confidently navigate the full filter set inside a Listing Alert β including polygon search, MLS-specific fields, and status change notification settings β without accidentally excluding relevant listings. Covers the four most common field-level mistakes and how to test a filter set before saving it to a client.
