This outlines the steps to enrich a client's contact profile in RealScout, ensuring accurate and comprehensive client information.
Key Steps
1. Access Client Profile 0:00
Navigate to the client's profile in RealScout (e.g., Bobby Byer's profile).
2. Open Actions Menu 0:14
Click on the 'Actions' button located in the center of the profile page.
3. Select Enrich Contact Option 0:32
From the actions menu, select 'Enrich Contact' to initiate the enrichment process.
4. Verify Email Requirement 0:48
Ensure that the contact has a valid email address, as it is required for enrichment.
5. Accept Changes 1:12
Review the proposed changes to the contact's profile, including:
Full name expansion from first name
Validity of phone number (landline or mobile)
Address details
Owner or renter status
Length of residence
Accept the changes you wish to implement.
6. Confirm Enrichment Completion 2:00
Verify that the contact's profile has been successfully enriched with the updated information.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that the email address is accurate before attempting to enrich the contact.
Only enrich one contact profile at a time, as batch enrichment is not currently supported.
