Add a secondary email address to your own RealScout account so a teammate can receive copies of notifications. This does not create a new RealScout login or separate access, and it is separate from adding additional emails to a contact's profile.

Summary: Auto Nurture in RealScout is a comprehensive automated email campaign designed to engage clients through personalized alerts and communication based on user behavior and preferences.

Once you turn on Auto Nurture for your entire database or for individual clients, RealScout will attempt to create a Home Value Alert or Listing Alert based on the data within the contacts profile.

Additionally, Auto Nurture ensures emails are sent on match days and are personalized based on client activity, such as viewed listings, price range, and property type.

If a contact record contains a viewed listing address or an inquired listing address, Auto Nurture will automatically create a basic criteria listing alert, setting the search criteria to the listing zip code, the list price plus 20% and minus 30%, and the property type. This means that your contacts will always be up-to-date on the latest listings that match their criteria.

The area used for Auto Nurture communications is also dynamically updated based on client activity and their existing alerts. This ensures relevance and accuracy in automated emails.

You can always go through and edit your client's alert if you'd like to. Auto Nurture will just take the first step and create the alert for you. We encourage you to monitor your contacts activity and adjust the alert as needed.

Additionally, when Handpicked Mode is enabled, Auto Nurture for these alerts is bypassed, allowing you full manual control over client communication, ensuring a more tailored approach.
