How to Share a Single Listing with a Client
Sharing a property listing directly with a client is quick and easy in RealScout. Depending on how you access listings, there are a few ways to share.
Option 1: Share from the Top Search Bar
In the top search bar near your profile photo, type a portion of the property address.
Click on the correct address from the drop-down menu. The Agent Listing Details Page will open.
On the right side of the page, locate the Share With Buyers section.
Proceed to the sharing steps below.
Option 2: Share by Opening a Listing Directly
When you open any listing, the share options will be visible on the right side, corner with a share [ ↑ ] arrow, or using the share with client(s) option in the site/app.
Sharing with an Existing Contact (One-Time Share)
In the Share With Buyers section, click the Select Client search bar.
Scroll through your client list or type their name to filter results.
Click your client's name. Their name will appear in a grey bubble confirming they have been added.
Note: You can add multiple clients by repeating this step before sending.
Type a personalized message in the message box.
Click Send This Listing.
They get this as an email and in their messages with you (saved in their site/app view too)

Sharing via a Copyable Link
If you need to share a listing outside of a direct client send, you can copy the listing link from the Share With Buyers section and paste it anywhere.
Sharing from the RealScout Mobile App
If you are using the RealScout app and are viewing a listing, tap the share icon in the upper corner of the screen to share the listing directly from your phone or to get a link to share through QR codes or social media.
